Providers authorised to support delivery of SereneDeck and process limited data for the stated purpose.
Current providers
Stripe
Purpose: Subscription billing, invoices, payment processing and fraud prevention
Data: Business contact, billing, subscription, payment and tax information
Processing locations: EU/EEA and other locations covered by Stripe's applicable transfer safeguards
Resend
Purpose: Transactional email delivery, including account invitations
Data: Recipient email, property name, invitation role and delivery metadata
Processing locations: EU/EEA and United States under applicable contractual safeguards
Render
Purpose: Application hosting, delivery and operational infrastructure when used for production deployment
Data: Service requests, account and operational data processed by the hosted application
Processing locations: Regions and safeguards configured for the production deployment
Production infrastructure
The production database and any object-storage provider will be added to this list before that provider processes live customer personal data. Customer-configured SFTP, HTTPS, Azure or S3 integrations remain under the customer's selection and control unless SereneDeck supplies the account.
Changes and questions
Customers will receive reasonable advance notice before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data. Questions or objections can be sent to contact@serenedeck.com.
